This is a great opportunity for anyone living in the greater Montreal area to learn in a West Island location with Doreen. This format will mirror the "Live" course offered in the West Island and is best suited for students who cannot attend the course in Montreal. Anyone can take this version globally and although it is not a traditional class setting, the knowledge and learning experience will be illuminating for all.

The IEH Energetic Anatomy Program™ {Overview}

Energy is life, and life is energy. It is a pure, vital force within you that gives you life. Energy is your natural state. It is the very source of your being. And fortunately, there is an unlimited reservoir of energy that you can access. First you begin by unlocking your mind; and then you begin to explore your own unique potential.

You will discover the different compositions of energy, and the major energetic centers (called chakras) that transform it. You will learn to expand and clarify your energy needs through awareness exercises and by simply learning to connect at a deeper level. Throughout this program, you will profoundly develop your capacity to become more consciously aware, healthy, and revitalized.

The Energetic Anatomy courses delve into the mind/body/soul connection. Through demonstration, lecturing, chanting, meditation and movement, you will learn techniques that help you discover your connection with the universe. You will study the art of transforming your baser emotions (or energies) into spiritual and physical nourishment. By aligning with your deepest yearning, you will manifest an extraordinary awakening, thereby becoming your authentic Self.

Through lecture, demonstrations, hands-on practice and guidance, you learn about:

* Meditation, and its various forms. A new meditation is experienced weekly throughout levels 1-3.

* Eliminating blocks, moving from fear and worry to joy and happiness.

* Cheques are accepted.
* Students who wish to repeat a class will receive a 50% fee reduction.

Cancellation fees:
* Withdrawal of course: $50 penalty plus the cost of classes attended.
* No refund after the third class.
