What if regardless of all the changes and chaos in your life, you remained peaceful, grateful and attentive? Just imagine how profound an impact just doing that would have! This meditation is to help you move into deep and profound peace. Then we will bring that new found peaceful center within you out into the world by practicing living from the inside out.


Beverages, fruit, cheese, and healthy munchies served. Please come for 8:00 to meet, eat and mingle first. This is an out-door, Back-Yard Meditation.  Friends and family are welcome. Please bring an outdoor chair to sit on and appropriate clothing.
